We believe in our products and do our best for you to be completely satisfied with every single item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with any of our products you have purchased, for orders up to USD 200.00 and equivalent in other currencies you may return the item within 30 days from the order date and be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.

The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full refund.

Depending on how busy our cc team is refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products. Please obtain package tracking numbers to ensure the products are successfully delivered to the specified address.
